      Call out Ceremony 4
      Required: Hawk target, Scout or ass’t., Musket, Hawk, Council fire (not lit) and a match. Electrical wires and battery, Matches or Smokeless powder

      Set up : safe locations for a back stop for the musket shot (blank) and the hawk to be thrown. Council fire to be set up for electrical ignition.

      Assistant Scout: Throws hawk

      President: Speech, about what we do, leads up to finally saying he has such faith in the abilities of the scout that I will put this match in the top of this fire and let the scout take a shot with his musket to light it. Scout: wets sights and shoots (blank), upon which the battery is connected and the council fire lit.
